Surah Fussilat, ayah 11

ثُمَّ ٱسۡتَوَىٰٓ إِلَى ٱلسَّمَآءِ وَهِيَ دُخَانٞ فَقَالَ لَهَا وَلِلۡأَرۡضِ ٱئۡتِيَا طَوۡعًا أَوۡ كَرۡهٗا قَالَتَآ أَتَيۡنَا طَآئِعِينَ ١١

Thummastawā ilas-samā'i wahiya dukhānun faqāla lahā walil-ardi'tiyā taw'an aw karhan qālatā ataynā tā'i'īn

Then He directed Himself¹³⁸⁵ to the heaven while it was smoke and said to it and to the earth, "Come [into being],¹³⁸⁶ willingly or by compulsion." They said, "We have come willingly."
