Surah At-Takwir, ayah 20

ذِي قُوَّةٍ عِندَ ذِي ٱلۡعَرۡشِ مَكِينٖ ٢٠

Dhī quwwatin 'inda dhil-'arshi makīn

[Who is] possessed of power and with the Owner of the Throne, secure [in position],
