Surah Ash-Shu'ara, ayah 208

وَمَآ أَهۡلَكۡنَا مِن قَرۡيَةٍ إِلَّا لَهَا مُنذِرُونَ ٢٠٨

Wamā ahlaknā min qaryatin illā lahā mundhirūn

And We did not destroy any city except that it had warners
