Surah As-Saffat, ayah 163

إِلَّا مَنۡ هُوَ صَالِ ٱلۡجَحِيمِ ١٦٣

Illā man huwa sālil-jahīm

Except he who is to [enter and] burn in the Hellfire.¹³⁰⁹
