Surah Al-Mutaffifin, ayah 30

وَإِذَا مَرُّواْ بِهِمۡ يَتَغَامَزُونَ ٣٠

Wa idhā marrū bihim yataghāmazūn

And when they passed by them, they would exchange derisive glances.
