Surah Al-Mursalat, ayah 48

وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمُ ٱرۡكَعُواْ لَا يَرۡكَعُونَ ٤٨

Wa idhā qīla lahumurka'ū lā yarka'ūn

And when it is said to them, "Bow [in prayer]," they do not bow.
