Surah At-Tariq, ayah 4

إِن كُلُّ نَفۡسٖ لَّمَّا عَلَيۡهَا حَافِظٞ ٤

In kullu nafsil lammā 'alayhā hāfiz

There is no soul but that it has over it a protector.
