Surah Al-Mutaffifin, ayah 7

كَلَّآ إِنَّ كِتَٰبَ ٱلۡفُجَّارِ لَفِي سِجِّينٖ ٧

Kallā inna kitābal-fujjāri lafī sijjīn

No! Indeed, the record of the wicked is in sijjeen.
