Surah Al-Fajr, ayah 10

وَفِرۡعَوۡنَ ذِي ٱلۡأَوۡتَادِ ١٠

Wafir'awna dhil-awtād

And [with] Pharaoh, owner of the stakes?¹⁹¹⁷
