Qabasوَحَرَٰمٌ عَلَىٰ قَرۡيَةٍ أَهۡلَكۡنَٰهَآ أَنَّهُمۡ لَا يَرۡجِعُونَ ٩٥
Waharāmun 'alā qaryatin ahlaknāhā annahum lā yarji'ūn
And it is prohibited to [the people of] a city which We have destroyed that they will [ever] return906
