Qabasكَلَّا لَئِن لَّمۡ يَنتَهِ لَنَسۡفَعَۢا بِٱلنَّاصِيَةِ ١٥
Kallā la il lam yantahi lanasfa'ā bin-nāsiyah
No! If he does not desist, We will surely drag him by the forelock1952 –
