Surah As-Sajdah, ayah 21

وَلَنُذِيقَنَّهُم مِّنَ ٱلۡعَذَابِ ٱلۡأَدۡنَىٰ دُونَ ٱلۡعَذَابِ ٱلۡأَكۡبَرِ لَعَلَّهُمۡ يَرۡجِعُونَ ٢١

Walanudhīqannahum minal-'adhābil-adnā dūnal-'adhābil-akbari la'allahum yarji'ūn

And We will surely let them taste the nearer punishment¹¹⁷⁵ short of the greater punishment that perhaps they will return [i.e., repent].
