Surah Al-Waqi'ah, ayah 83

فَلَوۡلَآ إِذَا بَلَغَتِ ٱلۡحُلۡقُومَ ٨٣

Falawlā idhā balaghatil-hulqūm

Then why, when it [i.e., the soul at death] reaches the throat
