Surah Al-Mursalat, ayah 21

فَجَعَلۡنَٰهُ فِي قَرَارٖ مَّكِينٍ ٢١

Faja'alnāhu fī qarārim makīn

And We placed it in a firm lodging [i.e., the womb]
