Qabasإِلَىٰ فِرۡعَوۡنَ وَمَلَإِيْهِۦ فَٱسۡتَكۡبَرُواْ وَكَانُواْ قَوۡمًا عَالِينَ ٤٦
Ilā fir'awna wamala'ihī fastakbarū wakānū qawman 'ālīn
To Pharaoh and his establishment, but they were arrogant and were a haughty people.
