Qabasعَلَىٰٓ أَن نُّبَدِّلَ خَيۡرٗا مِّنۡهُمۡ وَمَا نَحۡنُ بِمَسۡبُوقِينَ ٤١
'Alā an nubaddila khayram minhum wamā nahnu bimasbūqīn
To replace them with better than them; and We are not to be outdone.
