Surah Al-Inshiqaq, ayah 5

وَأَذِنَتۡ لِرَبِّهَا وَحُقَّتۡ ٥

Wa adhinat lirabbihā wahuqqat

And has listened [i.e., responded] to its Lord and was obligated [to do so] –
