Qabasهَٰذَا بَيَانٞ لِّلنَّاسِ وَهُدٗى وَمَوۡعِظَةٞ لِّلۡمُتَّقِينَ ١٣٨
Hādhā bayānul lin-nāsi wahudan wamaw'izatul lil-muttaqīn
This [Qur’ān] is a clear statement to [all] the people and a guidance and instruction for those conscious of Allāh.
هَٰذَا بَيَانٞ لِّلنَّاسِ وَهُدٗى وَمَوۡعِظَةٞ لِّلۡمُتَّقِينَ ١٣٨
