Surah Al-Haqqah, ayah 5

فَأَمَّا ثَمُودُ فَأُهۡلِكُواْ بِٱلطَّاغِيَةِ ٥

Fa ammā thamūdu fa uhlikū bit-tāghiyah

So as for Thamūd, they were destroyed by the overpowering [blast].
