Surah Al-A'raf, ayah 178

مَن يَهۡدِ ٱللَّهُ فَهُوَ ٱلۡمُهۡتَدِيۖ وَمَن يُضۡلِلۡ فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡخَٰسِرُونَ ١٧٨

Man yahdillāhu fahuwal-muhtadī waman yudlil fa ulā'ika humul-khāsirūn

Whoever Allāh guides - he is the [rightly] guided; and whoever He sends astray⁴²³ - it is those who are the losers.
