Surah Adh-Dhariyat, ayah 34

مُّسَوَّمَةً عِندَ رَبِّكَ لِلۡمُسۡرِفِينَ ٣٤

Mmusawwamatan 'inda rabbika lil-musrifīn

Marked in the presence of your Lord for the transgressors."
