Qabasوَأَنزَلۡنَا مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءَۢ بِقَدَرٖ فَأَسۡكَنَّٰهُ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِۖ وَإِنَّا عَلَىٰ ذَهَابِۭ بِهِۦ لَقَٰدِرُونَ ١٨
Wa anzalnā minas-samā'i mā'a biqadarin fa askannāhu fil-ardi wa innā 'alā dhahābi bihī laqādirūn
And We have sent down rain from the sky in a measured amount and settled it in the earth. And indeed, We are Able to take it away.
