Qabasلَهُۥ مُلۡكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۖ يُحۡيِۦ وَيُمِيتُۖ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ قَدِيرٌ ٢
Lahū mulkus-samāwāti wal-ardi yuhyī wayumītu wahuwa 'alā kulli shay'in qadīr
His is the dominion of the heavens and earth. He gives life and causes death, and He is over all things competent.
