Qabasوَهُوَ ٱلۡقَاهِرُ فَوۡقَ عِبَادِهِۦۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ ٱلۡخَبِيرُ ١٨
Wahuwal-qāhiru fawqa 'ibādihī wahuwal-hakīmul-khabīr
And He is the subjugator over His servants. And He is the Wise,296 the Aware.297
