Qabasٱللَّهُ خَٰلِقُ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖۖ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ وَكِيلٞ ٦٢
Allāhu khāliqu kulli shay'in wahuwa 'alā kulli shay'in wakīl
Allāh is the Creator of all things, and He is, over all things, Disposer of affairs.
