Qabasإِلَّا مَن ظَلَمَ ثُمَّ بَدَّلَ حُسۡنَۢا بَعۡدَ سُوٓءٖ فَإِنِّي غَفُورٞ رَّحِيمٞ ١١
Illā man zalama thumma baddala husnā ba'da sū'in fa innī ghafūrur rahīm
Otherwise, he who wrongs, then substitutes good after evil - indeed, I am Forgiving and Merciful.
