Surah Al-Qiyamah, ayah 38

ثُمَّ كَانَ عَلَقَةٗ فَخَلَقَ فَسَوَّىٰ ٣٨

Thumma kāna 'alaqatan fakhalaqa fasawwā

Then he was a clinging clot, and [Allāh] created [his form] and proportioned [him]
