Surah Al-Hijr, ayah 89

وَقُلۡ إِنِّيٓ أَنَا ٱلنَّذِيرُ ٱلۡمُبِينُ ٨٩

Waqul innī anan-nadhīrul-mubīn

And say, "Indeed, I am the clear warner" -
