Surah Al-Baqarah, ayah 18

صُمُّۢ بُكۡمٌ عُمۡيٞ فَهُمۡ لَا يَرۡجِعُونَ ١٨

Summu bukmun 'umyun fahum lā yarji'ūn

Deaf, dumb and blind - so they will not return [to the right path].
